The story behind CodeFE
The Story
CodeFE started in early 2022 as a simple personal website — a place to share my tech stack and development journey. A year later, I launched a tech blog to document what I was learning about frontend architecture.
Things accelerated in 2024. HMXY brought HarmonyOS documentation to developers. Poetry turned classical Chinese poetry into an interactive digital experience. WealthNote made personal finance tracking effortless. Each product started as a weekend experiment and grew into something people actually use.
In 2025, FIREbox brought AI-powered financial tools, and the main site evolved into a full ecosystem hub with SSO and i18n.
2026 was the year the product matrix accelerated — the hub went fully API-driven with an admin dashboard and an AI-assisted automated pipeline, a wave of new micro-tools went live, and a unified comment system rolled out across the ecosystem. The cloud build service was retired and the toolchain kept getting simpler. CodeFE now spans 19 products, all built in public — shipping fast, iterating often, learning by doing.
